Here are some tips, so that you can have a better workout during our hot summer. Check the route for your workout- Make sure that has a lot of trees for shade. Take a cold shower- Before your workout take a shower, so that you can lower your body's temperature. Do it in the dirt- Workout in the dirt, not the pavement. The pavement it's hotter. Wear a hat- This will keep your head's temperature low during your workout. Have fruit at the end- When you are done exercising eat watermelon, grapes, cantaloupe, and honeydew. These fruits have a lot of fluids to replace what you have sweat.

Are you still Hungry after Exercices?? After exercising people get really hungry, and end up eating more calories than what they burned. There are 10 foods that guarantee to keep you full. White Potatoes- not french fries or chips. Boil or grill. Eggs- They are called the "perfect protein". Oatmeal- Most satisfying breakfast cereal. Beans- High fiber, since it takes so long to digest it keeps you full for a long time. Fish- It's cooked white fish. Soup- For better results chunky-broth soup, twice a day. Apples- It keeps you full and healthy. Beef- Make sure you don't eat it to late! Salad- You can eat as much as you want with few calories. Popcorn- A whole grain snack.

No No No!! Ice-cream is really IMPORTANT !!! And what you people don't know that it is also important SPECIALLY WHEN IT'S COLD!!!!!! Ask me why?? Because ICE-CREAM is a cold nutriet and when your body recives a cold food...the heart start beating faster to send blood through the vessels and the capillaries to the place where the food is to make it feel warm...and when the blood is all over your body regularly isn't that good and has benefits??? ;D
